Juvio was born from a simple realization: health doesn’t change all at once—it shifts through small habits over time.
After becoming a father twice in a short period, my daily routine changed. I was moving less, while eating roughly the same. Over time, I gained weight and felt less like myself.
I tried existing health apps, but they felt too complex, too time-consuming, and too focused on calorie counting.
So I built a simple system: track a few meaningful habits daily using tick marks. Some habits I wanted more of. Others I wanted to moderate.
That simple system helped me regain balance, lose the weight I had gained, and feel stronger again.
