Juvio began as a personal system.
After becoming a father, my routines changed. I was moving less, eating about the same, and slowly feeling less like myself.
I tried existing health apps, but they felt too complicated, too time-consuming, and too focused on calorie math instead of daily behavior.
So I created a simpler way to track the habits that mattered most: the things I wanted more of, and the things I wanted to moderate.
That system helped me rebuild awareness, lose the weight I had gained, and feel stronger again. Juvio is the app version of that system.

The habits that build your foundation, such as movement, nutritious foods, protein, sleep, recovery, or other behaviors that help you feel stronger and healthier.

The habits that can still be part of life, but work best with moderation. Juvio is not about labeling things as bad. It is about awareness and balance.
